Our commitment
{{BRAND}} operates a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering and the financing of terrorism. We are required by our licence conditions and by applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") legislation to prevent our services from being used to move, conceal or legitimise criminal proceeds.
Know Your Customer
Before you can deposit, play or withdraw beyond the limits set by our licence, we must verify who you are. We may ask you at any time for:
- proof of identity (passport, national ID or driving licence);
- proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement);
- proof of payment method ownership;
- proof or source of funds and source of wealth.
Accounts may be restricted or suspended until the requested documents are received and accepted. Documents must be valid, legible and in your own name accounts are strictly personal and may not be operated on behalf of anyone else.
Monitoring and reporting
We monitor account activity, deposits and withdrawals on an ongoing basis. Where activity is inconsistent with the information we hold about you, or where we have reasonable grounds for suspicion, we may:
- request further information or documentation;
- decline, delay or reverse a transaction;
- freeze, restrict or close your account;
- report the matter to the relevant authorities.
We are not permitted to inform you that a report has been made. Deposited funds must be wagered before withdrawal; we do not act as a financial institution and your account may not be used as a means of transferring funds.
Payment rules
- Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
- Withdrawals are normally returned to the method used to deposit.
- Third-party, anonymous and unverifiable payment sources are not accepted.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep your account details up to date. Providing false or misleading information, or attempting to bypass verification, is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds where permitted by law.
Data protection
Documents and information collected for AML purposes are processed and retained in line with our Privacy and Cookie Policy and the retention periods required by law.
